About Clancey Henderson

I served in the U.S. Army for nearly a decade, during which I was honored as the U.S. Army's Soldier of the Year in 2009 after competing in the U.S. Army's Best Warrior Competition. My military career included deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan with the 1st Infantry Division as an All-Source Intelligence Analyst, where I was awarded the Bronze Star for my role in counter-terrorism operations in Afghanistan. While enlisted, I pursued higher education, earning a B.A. in Intelligence Studies from the American Military University, graduating cum laude. I later obtained my law degree from the University of Utah in 2019. Following law school, I had the privilege of clerking for the Honorable Judge David Mortensen on the Utah Court of Appeals. My military background has instilled in me a keen attention to detail and strong analytical skills, which I now apply to my legal practice. I primarily focus on litigating complex commercial disputes and high-stake tort claims for plaintiffs, and I provide seasoned appellate representation in complex civil cases. Since beginning my legal practice in 2019, my efforts in arbitration, litigation, trial, and appeal have secured judgments, awards, and settlements for my clients totaling nearly thirty million dollars. My achievements in the field have earned me recognition as a Super Lawyer's Mountain States Rising Star for three consecutive years: 2023, 2024, and 2025.
