About Claire Fawcett

Claire Fawcett currently works for Vanderwall Immigration in Beaverton, OR, a firm that helps families and individuals in petitions with USCIS and removal defense. She has been practicing immigration law for almost 10 years. She graduated from Northeastern University School of Law in 2013 and is a member of the California State Bar and the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). Claire previously worked at Immigration Counseling Service (ICS) in Portland, Oregon as the Unaccompanied Children’s Program Managing Attorney for a year and a half before joining Vanderwall Immigration. Prior to her work in Oregon, Claire practiced immigration law in the San Francisco Bay Area, primarily working in non-profit organizations, where she specialized in U-visas, removal defense, and working with unaccompanied children.
