About Christopher Purser

I was born and raised in Opelousas, Louisiana. I pursued my higher education at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, where I obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business, focusing on Professional Land and Resource Management. Before enrolling at Southern University Law Center, I dedicated several years to working as a Professional Land Man for a leading land brokerage in Lafayette, Louisiana. My diverse industry experience, gained from working with individuals from various backgrounds, has equipped me with the knowledge and understanding needed to assist clients across multiple areas. My professional journey has also shaped me into a well-rounded attorney. I am licensed to practice law across all Louisiana State and Federal District Courts. When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time outdoors, playing tennis and pickleball, and cheering for my favorite Louisiana sports teams. Before law school, I worked as a Professional Land Man for a top-tier land brokerage.
