Within the M&A field, I also have significant experience with Pennsylvania Liquor Law transactions, helping clients navigate the sale or purchase of alcohol-related businesses, such as restaurants, breweries, and distributors. My commercial real estate practice involves negotiating and drafting purchase agreements, providing land use representation, raising capital for commercial developers and project investments, reviewing and negotiating construction loans, and offering settlement and title services as a Pennsylvania-licensed title agent. I frequently represent developers of residential and commercial projects, including new construction and renovations or retrofits, guiding them from initial land acquisition through financing—whether through traditional lenders or private equity—entitlements, and closing.
