The main responsibilities are as follows: - Undertake all typical activities of a legal advisor, including drafting contracts, letters of advice, legal opinions and other legal acts ; - Set up companies for our clients and liaise with government agencies; - Research and prepare documents for foreign business license and investment advice related to the business activities involved; - Managing the registration process and liaising with government agencies to ensure compliance with regulatory registrations and filings are required; - Applying for visas, work permits, and handling immigration issues; - Legal expertise in commercial and corporate law, drafting contracts and agreements; - Reviewing the work of legal counsel and providing constructive feedback as needed.
