📞 (404) 873-8048My legal practice is dedicated to representing employees across various aspects of employment law, including disability discrimination and retaliation, sexual harassment, FMLA interference and retaliation, as well as discrimination based on gender, pregnancy, race, religion, national origin, age, and wage and hour disputes. I also represent individuals in contract negotiations and employment separation negotiations. Before founding Legare, Attwood & Ragan, LLC, I worked for seven years at one of the largest plaintiff employment law firms in the southeast, representing employees. Additionally, I have experience working for two large national law firms where I advised management on employment law issues and defended employers in employment-related lawsuits in both federal and state courts. I am actively involved in the Georgia Association for Women Lawyers, the Atlanta Bar Association, and the State Bar of Georgia. I founded the GAWL’s Solo/Small Firm Affinity Group and served as a past president for GAWL. I am also a member of the National Employment Lawyers’ Association and have served as a past president of the organization’s Georgia chapter. I am licensed to practice law in Georgia and South Carolina and have admissions to the United States District Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia, the United States Courts of Appeals for the Fourth and Eleventh Circuits, and the United States Supreme Court. I reside in Decatur, Georgia with my cat Dixie and dogs Luna and Molly. In my leisure time, I enjoy spending time with friends, listening to live music, and traveling.
