About Chase Walker

Attorney Chase Walker is a young attorney full of energy and a desire to help others. Over the years, Chase has seen numerous legal issues arise with various clients, friends and family members and often heard the same two complaints: I can't afford an attorney, and I don't feel like my interests are being fairly represented. Too often, attorneys claim to be client-centered, but in reality, just see their clients as another retainer fee walking through the door. Attorney Chase Walker put a lot of thought into what kind of attorney he wanted to be. The answer? An attorney who provides legal services to those who ordinarily could not hire an attorney or get free legal aid and one who truly puts client interests first. He recognizes that, generally, two groups of people are able to obtain legal services: those below 125% poverty who can get free legal aid, and those who are making enough money to afford the astronomical rates that other attorneys charge for services. He recognizes that there are many hardworking Americans who do not fall into either of these groups but still are in dire need of legal assistance. He also believes that all clients should have access to representation. To achieve his goal, Chase started The CW Firm, his own firm where there are two main goals: to provide legal services to hardworking lower and middle-class Americans who could not otherwise get legal help, and to always put clients' best interests first. The CW Firm is a general practice providing a variety of legal services to the greater Chattanooga area. Some areas of practice include Small Estate Planning, and Criminal Defense.
