About Cathleen Curl
I help contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers get paid for their work. I also help homeowners and commercial owners with construction disputes, and writing and reviewing construction contracts for clients. I love helping with mechanic's liens, stop payment notices, and bond claims. I try to help my clients avoid litigation wherever possible and to help keep your costs down but I'm also an experienced trial attorney when you need to go to Court. I was raised and live in the San Francisco Bay Area, and graduated from Stanford University, and the University of Santa Clara Law School.
