About Carlos Arce

Carlos H. Arce, Esq. focuses his practice in Health Law, Personal Injury Protection and Civil Litigation. Mr. Arce is a native of South Florida born and raised in Miami, FL. He received his Bachelor of Arts in History from Florida International University. After attending Florida International, Mr. Arce graduated from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law with his Juris Doctor and was awarded a Concentration in Health Law. After, completing the bar exam, Mr. Arce worked as an associate at a personal injury defense firm, where he gained knowledge and experience in civil litigation matters. He also handled healthcare regulatory issues and HIPAA compliance issues for various large healthcare entities. Mr. Arce is versed in healthcare regulatory compliance issues, privacy and data breach, telemedicine, corporate healthcare, personal injury protection, and complex commercial litigation. His client base includes healthcare entities, physicians, physician assistances, nurses and small to large business corporations. He handles transactional matter concerning healthcare transactions, healthcare provider employment agreements, commercial lease agreements, and various types of healthcare-related contracts. Mr. Arce also represents clients in litigation matters, primarily concerning corporate healthcare and complex commercial disputes. He is a member of the Cuban American Bar Association, the Broward County Bar Association, the Palm Beach County Bar Association, and the Republican National Lawyers Association. He is involved in the Young Lawyers Division of the Florida Bar, the Florida Bar Health Law Section, the Health Care Compliance Association and the American Health Lawyers Association. Carlos is admitted to the U.S. District Court of the Southern District of Florida.
