She has also pioneered the Maryland Asset Protection Trust designed for protection from the growing costs Nursing Homes and unexpected predators,rather than the effectively non-existent Estate Tax. Britt Stouffer is the founder of Stouffer Legal and in less than a decade has grown Stouffer Legal to be the premier provider of Estate Planning and Elder Law services in Maryland.
