As an undergraduate, he participated in the Politics, Society, and Law Scholars Program. Brian earned his Juris Doctorate, Cum Laude, from the University of Toledo College of Law, where he served as a member of the Law Review. During law school, he gained valuable experience clerking for The Honorable Judge Gene A. Zmuda at both the Lucas County Court of Common Pleas and the Sixth District Court of Appeals for the State of Ohio.
