Brian T. FitzPatrick is of counsel at Belluck & Fox. Brian investigates and litigates against defendant asbestos companies and insurers. He also manages the firm’s bankruptcy filing practice. Brian oversees the filing of claims on behalf of our clients against large asbestos companies that have declared bankruptcy. When these companies are given bankruptcy protection the courts usually require them to setup a fund so that present and future claimants can seek compensation for their exposures to the bankrupt company’s products. In this regard, Brian also participates in numerous official asbestos creditors committees, which the bankruptcy courts appoint to safeguard the rights of present and future asbestos victims.
