About Brian Duce

Brian is a DUI and Family Law Attorney, who also does Criminal defense, he takes pride in bringing you experienced, ethical and tough legal representation. Serving his clients for over 19 years, and with thousands of court room hours to back him up, Mr. Duce knows how to handle the diversities of each case. Mr. Duce is a member of the Washington State Bar Association, Snohomish County Bar Association, and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. With six children of his own, Brian is familiar with the many challenges facing families today. He is an active member of his community as well, serving on the local YMCA Board 2005 - 2010, coaching little league for 19 years, and a past member of the Marysville Noon Rotary.
