Brian Demidovich is the Managing Member of The Law Corner. In 2001, Brian moved to Raleigh, North Carolina after he graduated from Cleveland Marshall College of Law in Cleveland, Ohio. After spending the first five years in corporate law and as a partner in a litigation law firm, Brian created The Law Corner in 2006. The Law Corner was created with one simple, but important, core principal: customer service. Brian firmly believes the legal profession IS a service industry. Take a look at his testimonials. Brian’s family law experience dates back to his second year as a law student where he worked for a small, but highly reputable, family law firm as a senior law clerk. The firm focused entirely on family law and Brian was the senior partner’s law clerk for two years preceding his graduation from law school. The firm was all about litigation. Brian drafted discovery & motions, prepared subpoenas, interviewed witnesses, compiled trial notebooks, analyzed and summarized documents and often sat second chair in the courtroom.
