About Bradley Berry

Hello. I'm Brad Berry. I grew up in Toledo, Ohio and have been a homeowner of the greater Cincinnati area for the past 15 years. I acquired my undergraduate diploma from Ball State University as a national scholar athlete. I attended Xavier University Criminal Justice Masters Program and finished my Juris Doctorate from Salmon P. Chase College of Law in Northern Kentucky while being employed as a Commonwealth Detective for the Prosecutor's Office. I am licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio and the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Ohio. Being a Assistant Prosecutor, I dealt with many hundreds juvenile matters and child support criminal prosecution. My key objective was to identify the accountable parent, investigate their economic viability, and prosecute to the maximum degree of the law to hold a parent or gaurdian liable for the support of the minor children. Throughout my first couple of years in private practice, I counseled insurance firms throughout the investigation and civil prosecution of large dollar insurance scams arson cases. I deposed insurance claimants to uncover financial misconduct, and then employed forensic accountants to prove motive or estimate the economic wellbeing of a business or individual. For the past 5 years I've dedicated my practice to family law. I primarily assist clients in Hamilton, Butler, Warren and Clermont Counties. Being a litigator there is nothing I've found more satisfying than protecting my client's parenting rights. I realize the final results of a family law matter will have a profound impact on the financial security of my client. I truly believe my previous experience being a detective, prosecutor and insurance fraud investigator provide me with a special set of skills to aggressively advocate for the best interests of my family law clientele.
