He earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin β Whitewater where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. He graduated from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law (formerly The John Marshall Law School) where he was also Managing Editor of the Journal of Computer and Information Law (JCIL). Brad also was a contributor to JCIL, with a published comment, and has been featured in an article for the Chicago Tribune. Brad went on to complete a 40-hour Family & Divorce Mediation Training Certificate Program through DePaul University College of Law. Brad decided to return to his native Wisconsin in 2011, focusing his practice on Family Law. Brad prides himself on assisting families in achieving their short and long-term goals, during what is often the most difficult time in their life. Brad is licensed to practice law in both Wisconsin and Illinois. He is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, Illinois State Bar Association, Dane County Bar Association, Dane County Family Law Attorneys Group, Dane County Delivery of Legal Services Committee, Family Law Workshop Committee, is a mediator with the Dane County Bar Case Mediation Program, serves as a judge for the annual Wisconsin High School Mock Trial Tournament, volunteers at the Vera Court Neighborhood Center Legal Clinic which received the 2024 Community Partner Award from the Dane County Bar Association for outstanding pro bono work, serves on his local Zoning Board of Appeals, and acts as a Guardian ad Litem. Brad has also been elected to the State Bar of Wisconsin Family Law Section Board of Directors. When he is not in the office, Brad enjoys spending time with his family, playing soccer, hiking, and traveling.
