About Brad Pelletier

Hi, I’m Brad R. Pelletier, and I’ve been practicing law for nearly 20 years, helping individuals and businesses navigate legal matters with confidence. I focus on residential and commercial real estate, financing transactions, advanced estate planning, business formation, and LGBTQ+ law. I’m licensed to practice in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Missouri, and I’m committed to providing personalized, hands-on legal services to each and every client. I grew up in Lincoln, Rhode Island, and graduated magna cum laude from the University of Rhode Island with degrees in Business Administration and French. I earned my law degree from Roger Williams School of Law and have dedicated my career to helping clients through life’s important transitions and challenges. Beyond the office, I’m passionate about giving back to my community. I’ve served on the Board of Directors for AIDS Care Ocean State and Marriage Equality Rhode Island and have been active with organizations like the Rhode Island Association of Gay Professionals, Rhode Island Lawyers for Equality & Diversity, and the Rhode Island Bar Association’s LGBT Committee. I’m also proud to serve on the education committee for the Northern Rhode Island Board of Realtors, where I regularly teach continuing education courses for Rhode Island Realtors. When I’m not working, you can probably find me enjoying Rhode Island’s beautiful beaches, exploring new restaurants, breweries, and wineries, or sporting one of my 100+ bow ties (yes, it’s an obsession!). I also love staying active as a former Division 1 tennis player at the University of Rhode Island. These days, I’m hooked on pickleball—it’s my new favorite way to get moving and have fun.
