He has worked as a legal intern in Marion County Office of Corporation Counsel, a law clerk in a national firm that focuses on employment law, and a law clerk in a small medical malpractice firm and served as a judicial intern for Honorable Judge Mark Stoner of Marion Superior Court, Major Felony Division. After passing the Indiana bar exam, Blake served as a law clerk for the Honorable Judge David Dreyer of Marion Superior Court, Civil Division. In 2024 and 2025, Blake was named to the Indiana Super Lawyers Rising Stars list. This recognition is based on peer evaluation and fewer than 2.5 percent of lawyers in a state are named to the list each year. Prior to joining Camden & Meridew, P.C., he worked as lead staff attorney for the Indiana Department of Child Services (DCS) in Marion County for more than three years. In that position, Blake was specially chosen to serve as a member on DCS’ Litigation Advisory Council as a representative of the Marion County DCS Regional Division. While at DCS, Blake successfully tried more than a dozen child in need of services and termination of parental rights cases to adjudication or judgment.
