About Benny ›

I was born in Franklin, Kentucky, and spent most of my childhood in Middle Tennessee. After getting married, I began working in construction, where I honed my skills as a form carpenter and concrete finisher for several years. My journey in the construction industry led me to start my own business, and I eventually succeeded in establishing a thriving contracting business. I am proud to be an alumnus of Western Kentucky University and the Nashville School of Law. My passion for criminal defense was ignited by my personal life experiences and the chance to represent indigent defendants at the AA Birch Building in Downtown Nashville, Tennessee. Although I initially committed to practicing solely in criminal defense, a request from my brother-in-law to represent him in a rear-end auto collision claim opened up a new area of practice that I find equally fulfilling. In my leisure time, I cherish moments spent with my family and enjoy outdoor activities such as hiking, fishing, and golfing whenever possible.
