About Benjamin Weible

I advocate for clients across various construction and real estate disputes, licensing board complaints, professional liability cases, and commercial litigation. In my work, I frequently engage with clients, contractors, design professionals, property owners, and other stakeholders. I focus on details, build meaningful relationships, and communicate effectively throughout the process. Judges and clients have noted that I explain complex legal concepts in a way that is clear, firm, and easy to understand. I am Board Certified in Construction Law. As of June 2025, only 151 lawyers in Texas hold this certification in Construction Law. My legal career began at two national firms. While at Thompson Coe Cousins & Irons, I defended numerous contractors and professionals through all stages of litigation and became a partner in the Professional Liability section. At Clark Hill Strasburger, my work primarily involved representing sureties in litigation and project workouts. I provide counsel to clients on a variety of legal matters and draw on real-world experience to offer practical solutions. Before becoming an attorney, I spent 15 years in the construction industry. During that time, I advanced from apprentice to master electrician, worked on estimating and installing building automation systems, and served as a project manager and trade compliance manager within the services division of a Fortune 50 home improvement company. I completed college and attended law school with the goal of helping clients resolve disputes that distract them from their core work. My family and I reside in Rockwall, Texas.
