I am passionate about being a lawyer. It isn’t because being a lawyer is full of fame and glory - such accolades are few and far between. My passion about my profession comes from the little wins I get every day. I love the fact that I have been given the great honor and the great burden of having others place their problems at my feet and I get to try and fix them. As a child in school, I loved coming up with creative solutions to problems; whether it was using a carabiner to fix a broken swing chain or masking tape to fix or make just about anything. I have been a creative problem solver for as long as I can remember. That was one of the reasons I was pulled into the practice of law. Today, I practice in areas of law that lead to the courthouse - or litigation. That is typically personal injury, construction defect, breach of contract or commercial litigation, and employment law. If someone finds themselves needing a lawyer - it is because the answer is not clear or apparent. When you find yourself needing a lawyer - at the end of the day - you need a problem solver.
