About Arthur Jr

I am the senior and managing partner of the firm. I represent many businesses in New Jersey and the New York metropolitan area, where I focus my practice on civil litigation and transactional/corporate matters. In these capacities, I am recognized as a fierce advocate for my clients, and I maintain an active trial practice. I am admitted to practice in the state and federal courts in New York and New Jersey and have an active trial and appellate docket. I have also litigated matters in Indiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Nebraska, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Puerto Rico and Utah. I have represented various commercial enterprises, manufacturing companies, real estate developers, general contractors, condo associations and high net worth parties in complex litigations, shareholder disputes, arbitrations, and mediations and I have handled labor negotiations. I am a member of the Bergen County Bar Association, the New Jersey State Bar Association, Association of Trial Lawyers of America and I serve on the Board of Directors of several privately-held corporations. I am a graduate of Syracuse University Law School, and received my M.P.A. at Syracuse's Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs and my B.A. from Bard College, where I am a member of the Board of Governors. I also have a Martindale AV overall peer rating of "Preeminent".
