As one of the leading Alternative Dispute Resolution attorneys in the Mid-Atlantic region, Art is a member of both the American Arbitration Association’s Panel of Neutrals (Commercial Arbitration) and Panel of Mediators, and is a mediator of the International Mediation Institute (IMI), located in The Hague, Netherlands. He has been chosen to serve on numerous arbitration cases as arbitration panel chair, and panel arbitrator.
