About Andrew Weinstein

Andrew J. Weinstein is a Senior Trial Attorney, Presidential Appointee, and strategic advisor with over 28 years of experience at the intersection of law, public policy, and international diplomacy. As Managing Partner of the Weinstein Law Firm since 1996, he has successfully litigated several thousand consumer protection cases, securing millions of dollars in wrongfully delayed or denied claims by exposing deceptive business practices. His legal excellence is consistently recognized by peers, including an AV Preeminent Rating from Martindale-Hubbell , inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America (top 5% nationwide) , and designation as a Florida Super Lawyer and "Legal Elite". He previously served on the Board of Governors for the American Association for Justice (AAJ) and the Board of Directors for the Florida Justice Association (FJA) , which honored him with the Bronze Eagle Award. Mr. Weinstein was appointed by President Joe Biden as a U.S. Public Delegate to the UN General Assembly (2022–2024) , where he represented the United States in diplomatic forums. He served on the White House policy committee that drafted the U.S. National Strategy to Counter Antisemitism. He also held appointments from President Barack Obama, including service on the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum Council. A national political leader, Mr. Weinstein served as the Chair of the Democratic Lawyers Council (2017–2023) and National Co-Chair for Lawyers for Biden and Obama. He was also an Inaugural Visiting Fellow at the Syracuse University Institute for Democracy, Journalism & Citizenship (IDJC). He earned his J.D. from Nova Southeastern University and is admitted to The Florida Bar and the U.S. Courts of Appeals (Eleventh & Federal Circuits) and U.S. District Courts.
