Andrew M. Lieb is the Managing Attorney of Lieb at Law, P.C., with a practice focus on real estate and corporate litigation / compliance. Mr. Lieb has offices in Smithtown and Manhasset, New York, and provides a wide range of legal services throughout the New York / Connecticut Metro area. Practice areas include real estate brokerage license law, contractual litigation, fair housing and discrimination, estate disputes, residential and commercial landlord / tenant needs, business entity structuring, premises liability, ownership disputes and more. Mr. Lieb is admitted to practice law in New York, Connecticut and Colorado as well as the Federal Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Lieb is one of the premiere lecturers on real estate legal issues in New York and Connecticut, lecturing to thousands of students including real estate agents and attorneys, both in state and at national conventions. Mr. Lieb is the founder and lead instructor of Lieb School, a licensed New York / Connecticut real estate school offering continuing education courses to Real Estate Salespersons and Brokers. An active participant in the Suffolk County Bar Association and the American Bar Association, he also teaches continuing legal education courses on real estate, is an approved NY Attorney General Fair Housing Trainer and is a prolific author on real estate law topics. Mr. Lieb is the Contributing Editor for the Special Section on Real Property to The Suffolk Lawyer, law journal and served as co-chair of the Real Property Committee to the Suffolk Bar Association for 5 years.
