About Andre Lagomarsino

Andre Lagomarsino is the founder of Lagomarsino Law, a private legal firm based in Las Vegas. Lagomarsino Law focuses on key practice areas including commercial and personal litigation, civil rights, personal injury, family law, and estate planning, among others. A veteran attorney with experience in high profile litigation, Andre has extensive knowledge and experience in both commercial and personal legal matters. He has represented businesses and individuals in litigation concerning contractual matters, employment issues, wrongful death cases involving egregious violations of civil rights by law enforcement, and serious personal injury. He leads a team of talented, dedicated attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants and investigators, who work relentlessly on all of their cases. Born and raised in Las Vegas, Andre began his law career with a well renowned law firm that focused on commercial and high value injury cases, Campbell and Williams. He then partnered with a prominent Boston based firm, Parker Scheer, to form the Las Vegas location of Parker Scheer Lagomarsino, in Las Vegas and represented clients both in and outside of Nevada. In 2015, Andre formed Lagomarsino Law, which is comprised of legal professionals who dedicate themselves every day to a very high level of service and advocacy. Mr. Lagomarsino is licensed in the State of Nevada, the United States District Court (District Court of Nevada), and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. He received his J.D. from Creighton University School of Law, and a B.A. from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. He is a member of the American Association for Justice, Nevada Justice Association, and the Clark County Bar Association.
