Before joining the firm in September 2025, I served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Russell Wojtenko Jr., J.S.C., in the Family Division of the Mercer County Superior Court. During my clerkship, I reviewed and managed cases, drafted orders and judicial decisions, and conducted legal research on various family law topics, including adoption law, kinship legal guardianship, and termination of parental rights. While attending law school, I gained hands-on experience through several internships. I interned with the Children and Family Law Division of the Fall River Committee for Public Counsel Services in Massachusetts, where I prepared legal arguments, drafted motions, and conducted client interviews for both parents and children. I also worked with the Somerset / Hunterdon County Office of the Public Defender and the Somerset / Hunterdon / Warren Superior Court. Additionally, I volunteered at Gemeinschaft Home, a restorative justice rehabilitation center in Harrisonburg, VA. These experiences allowed me to develop a broad understanding of the legal system and its impact on individuals, which has enhanced my ability to advocate effectively and compassionately for families. I also participated in the James Madison University X-Labs program as a student researcher with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, where I contributed to developing solutions to combat online child trafficking.
