📞 (615) 558-8002I was born and raised in Nashville, TN, which is somewhat of a rarity these days! I attended Harpeth Hall, an all-girls school for 8 years and graduated in 2016. I followed in my sister’s footsteps for college and attended Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas. I cherished my experience there dearly and still love cheering on the Frogs from afar to this day. I knew I wanted to become a lawyer from a young age, as my mom was an attorney. Originally, I wanted to practice criminal defense, so I chose to major in Criminal Justice. I pursued several opportunities in the realm of criminal law, interning at a criminal defense firm in Fort Worth, as well as the Tennessee Post Conviction Defender in Nashville. As a Junior in college, I was projected to graduate early, but because I couldn’t bear the thought of leaving TCU just yet, I added a second major in Political Science. Though I never saw myself pursuing a career in politics, I still found the “hot topics” quite interesting, and my two majors complimented each other well. In addition to my Criminal Justice internships, I also had the opportunity to intern for Congresswoman Kay Granger as well as the Republican Party of Texas. I graduated from TCU, summa cum laude, in 2020, and began law school at Vanderbilt in the fall. It was only a few days into law school that I realized my dreams of becoming a criminal defense attorney were not as glamourous as I had once imagined. My sights switched from criminal to civil work, and my summer clerkships followed suit. I got my introduction to estate planning during the summer before my final year of law school as a clerk at Holton & Mayberry in Nashville. I received a crash course in wills, trusts, and wealth management. Upon graduating from Vanderbilt in May of 2023 and sitting for the bar, I joined Crow Estate Planning & Probate. Beginning my legal career at a well-established firm and learning from John and his team is such a privilege!
