About Alexander Weisberg

I am the founding and managing attorney at the Weisberg Consumer Law Group, PA, and have practiced consumer protection law exclusively for the past twenty years. I have represented thousands of consumers in more than 40 states across the country in a variety of consumer matters, with the focus on Lemon Law, breach of warranty and dealer fraud cases. Since 2000, I have personally participated in hundreds of consumer arbitration hearings and have tried to jury verdict dozens of consumer protection cases in Florida, Illinois, Texas, New Mexico, Colorado and Washington. I also prevailed on appeal in Florida on such landmark issues as ensuring lessees of vehicles have federal breach of warranty rights throughout the State of Florida, ensuring consumers successful in Lemon Law arbitrations still have the right to pursue other legal damages in a court of law, and preventing automobile manufacturers from denying consumers their day in court by through adhesive arbitration agreements. I have spent the vast majority of my career fighting for the "little guy" against large, billion dollar companies. I am also the proud sponsor of UFC fighter, Miguel Baeza.
