My practice is focused in the areas of Community Association Law and real estate transactions. I have assisted clients through a wide variety of legal matters affecting residential and commercial condominiums as well as homeowners’ and cooperative associations. I have also represented clients on diverse real estate matters, including closings, commercial leases, and land acquisitions. This includes the following, in addition to many more services: -Drafting, interpreting, enforcing, preserving, and amending community association governing documents, including Declarations, Articles of Incorporation, By-laws, Rules and Regulations, and Architectural Review Guidelines -Representation of clients before the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation Arbitration Division -Residential and commercial real estate closings -Easement and covenant drafting -Drafting and negotiating a variety of real estate and service contracts -Commercial and residential leasing -Business entity formation (LLCs, corporations, etc.)
