A senior and founding member of Levy Phillips & Konigsberg, LLP, Alan J. Konigsberg specializes in complex litigation, personal injury, and property damage cases. Alan is the managing partner of the firm and heads the firm’s healthcare fraud, False Claims Act, lead poisoning, and aviation accidents sections.
