He has a 17-year proven track record of resolving legal matters successfully and efficiently for his clients and maintains clients today from his first days practicing law. Alan grew up in Armonk, New York and London, England and is a 1999 graduate of Rutgers School of Law and also attended the The New England School of Law in Boston with Honors. Alan’s practice is focused and dedicated to the efficient handling of legal matters both in and out of the courtroom with an emphasis on business counseling, real property (acquisitions, leasing, finance, joint ventures), civil & commercial litigation, personal injuries from the small to the catastrophic, contracts, business formation and business disputes both within the entity and against outside interests, collection and collection defense among other things.
