Since 1998, I have been dedicated to providing reliable legal representation to clients throughout Dauphin, Cumberland, York, Franklin, Adams, and the surrounding counties. My practice primarily focuses on representing individuals facing state and federal criminal charges, including DUI, PWI, unlawful manufacturing or sale of controlled substances, possession of marijuana or drug paraphernalia, and other serious criminal offenses. Additionally, I offer legal services for traffic violations, license suspensions, custody disputes, and personal injury cases. I am honored to have successfully represented plaintiffs in Civil Rights Class Actions against the City of Harrisburg and the Dauphin County Prison. For over 15 years, I have been an active member of the National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws (NORML), serving on their legal committee to advocate for the rights of medical and recreational marijuana users. I am also a proud member of the Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (PACDL) and the Pennsylvania Bar Association. I have had the privilege of being invited as an educator and guest speaker at PACDL’s motor vehicle seminar on DUI defense. My office is located in downtown Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, conveniently positioned near Central Pennsylvania's municipal and county courts, as well as the Pennsylvania Superior Court and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.
