About Adam Tynan

I am a civil litigation attorney dedicated to advocating for individuals and families who have experienced personal injuries. My practice focuses on personal injury, premises liability, medical malpractice, and wrongful death cases. I began my legal career as an Assistant Corporation Counsel for the New York City Law Department. During my time there, I worked in the Special Litigation Unit, representing various City agencies in cases involving catastrophic injuries across all five boroughs. This role allowed me to handle numerous depositions, motions, oral arguments, conferences, settlements, and trials. I earned my law degree from New York Law School, where I served as an Executive Board member of the Moot Court Association and the Trial Competition Team. Upon graduation, I was honored with the Order of the Barristers and a Dean’s Award for Student Leadership. I also achieved recognition as a Semi-Finalist in the Texas Lawyers National Trial Competition. I was born and raised in New Jersey and completed my undergraduate studies at Muhlenberg College, where I served as President of the Pre-Law Society. Before beginning my legal career, I spent two years in Florence, Italy, working as a tour manager for a travel company. Outside of work, I enjoy participating in fitness events and fundraising for St. Jude Children’s Hospital through the St. Jude Heroes program, including marathons and Spartan races.
