He was awarded the Juris Doctor degree from Hofstra University School of Law in 1991 “with distinction” and served as an editor on the well-known Hofstra Law Review. Immediately after graduating Hofstra Law School, Adam began his legal career as a litigation associate at the prestigious law firm of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, where he concentrated in defending major Fortune 500 companies in class action lawsuits involving products liability, securities violations and shareholder lawsuits.??Mr. Demetri is a member of the New York State Bar Association, New York State Trial Lawyer’s Association, The American Association for Justice, Nassau County Bar Association. He is admitted to practice law in New York State and the United States District Court for the Eastern and Southern Districts.??Outside the practice of law, Mr. Demetri enjoys golfing and spending quality time with his wife and two children.
