Known for his commitment and tenacity, Adam devotes his practice to standing up for people facing serious injuries or challenges and works to secure justice on their behalf. He regularly appears before courts at every level in Delaware, including the Justice of the Peace Court, Court of Common Pleas, Superior Court, Delaware Supreme Court, and the U.S. District Court. Adamโs practice spans a wide range of civil litigation. He handles personal injury cases such as wrongful death, automobile and trucking accidents, premises liability, and dog bite claims, as well as workersโ compensation, employment discrimination, sexual harassment, insurance bad faith, contractual matters, and issues involving consumer or commercial debt. Since 2020, he has also volunteered with Delawareโs Office of Child Advocate, representing children in State custody and foster care proceedings. A Delaware native, Adam graduated from the University of Delaware before earning his law degree at Delaware Law School. While in law school, he was actively involved in academics and service. Adam served as Research Editor for the Law Review, tutored fellow students in the Academic Support Program, and completed a judicial externship with the Honorable Myron T. Steele, former Chief Justice of the Delaware Supreme Court. His dedication earned him a merit scholarship, awards for excellence in Legal Writing and Property courses, and allowed him to graduate in the top 15% of his class. After law school, Adam clerked for two years in the United States District Court for the District of Delaware. The mentorship he received from Delaware judges deeply shaped his career, and he credits those experiences with sharpening the advocacy skills he brings to every case today.
