About Ada Wong

I am the founder and Managing Partner of AKW LAW, an employment law firm dedicated to advocating for employee rights. I have extensive experience handling workplace matters, including cases involving sexual harassment, retaliation, disability discrimination, age discrimination, sex/gender discrimination, race discrimination, FMLA violations, wage and hour violations, severance negotiations, and wrongful termination. My focus is always on protecting my clients and ensuring their voices are heard. I take pride in my strategic approach to cases, thorough preparation, and ability to break down complex legal issues into clear, compelling narratives for judges, juries, and clients. My practice has allowed me to build a reputation as a trusted advocate in the employment law community. Whether through early resolution, mediation, or trial, I am committed to fighting until justice is achieved for each client. In addition to my legal practice, I serve as the Dean of the Keenan Trial Institute, where I oversee nearly 6,000 students and 100 faculty members. I am also an Adjunct Professor at Seattle University School of Law, teaching Employment Discrimination. I serve as an Arbitrator in King and Snohomish Counties and take great pride in mentoring law students and lawyers across the nation. Throughout my career, I have represented both employees and employers, a perspective I draw on to effectively uphold my clients' rights. I firmly believe justice should prevail, regardless of the challenges that arise. I am proud to have received an AVVO "Superb" rating and the "Client's Choice Award." AKW Law was also honored as The Seattle Times 2025 BEST IN THE PNW GOLD WINNER. Understanding that employment law matters are often deeply personal, I am committed to providing compassionate and individualized attention to each of my clients. I strive to deliver personalized advice tailored to their unique circumstances.
